Refund policy

Thank you for shopping your K-beauty favorites with Santé Brand.  Customer service is available to answer any questions or concerns you have Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm (EST) via email at info@santebrand.com

We hope you are thrilled with your new K-beauty favorites. If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect, or if an item is missing, please contact us to help us resolve the issue. All returns must be authorized through our customer service prior to returning. Although all order shipments are recorded, documented, and reviewed upon packing, mistakes may occasionally occur. 

If you receive an item you would like to return, the item must be eligible for return. Please contact customer service within 7 days of the delivery date to determine if your item is eligible for return. All accepted returns will be subject to a $4 restocking fee. Each returned item must be 100% unopened including the box seal (if applicable). Each return must be physically back to our location within 14 days of receiving approval for the return. To assist with the approval process, Customer Service may request a photo of the item you would like to return prior to authorization. Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Upon return of the approved returned item, the item is inspected. If your return adheres to our return policy, your refund will be processed within 5 days to your original payment. Please note, the restocking fee ($4) amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns that do not meet our policy or have not been previously authorized will be returned to you without a refund. 

Exchanges

At this time, we currently do not offer exchanges. 

Return Instructions

Please email info@santebrand.com to start a return. Please include your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and any additional information about your issue/concern. 

If your return is authorized, customer service will send you detailed instructions along with a return label for your return. Please make sure your item is securely packaged in its original packaging and is returned to your local USPS location so it arrives within the required return dates.
